Your account will be activated after successful payment verification. Some high-risk orders may require additional verification before activation.
ApexWeave offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all hosting plans. To qualify for a refund:
- Request must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Account must not have violated our acceptable use policy
- Domain registrations and SSL certificates are non-refundable
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
Setup fees and domain costs are non-refundable. Only hosting service fees are refunded under our money-back guarantee.
